HostingAccelerator Leased Licenses

With HostingAccelerator leased monthly plan you get all the features of HostingAccelerator but at a fraction of its original price, you have to pay a small recurring monthly amount depending upon the type of license you choose. You can install HostingAccelerator on your server, as soon as your credit card is processed we dispatch you a new license key.

All license prices are on a per-server basis. Lease Pricing fee includes free minor upgrades and technical support for period of 30 days (e-mail only). Minor Upgrades (number to the right of the decimal point) are free, E.g.: If you are upgrading from 2.0 to 2.2, it is a free upgrade and your existing product license will work fine.

HostingAccelerator Version 2.x for Windows Lease Licensing - How it works

1. You pay a monthly recurring amount, NO SETUP FEES.

2. Each key comes with a grace period of 3 days, once you order you will receive a key valid for 33 days from the time of order.

3. Once the current month billing expires, WorldPay, our payment service provider will automatically bill your credit card and your license lease will be renewed for an additional month  as soon as the transaction is processed.

Lease Terms & Conditions

1. All leases require at 6 month minimum commitment, paid monthly, and payments continue monthly through the life of the lease.

2. Any default in payments terminates agreement and will terminate license immediately.

3. Lease prices are not valid in conjunction with any other additional deals or promotional offer.

4. Leased licenses include maintenance (minor upgrades & patches) as long as the license and account are in good standing.

5. Leased licenses will have a ‘reminder’ invoice sent 5 days prior to the anniversary date of the initial lease and payment will be automatically charged to the credit card provided  on the due (anniversary) date unless the lease is canceled and confirmed at least 7 days prior to the anniversary date.

6. If the payment is processed successfully, your license lease will be renewed for an additional month. 

7. Any failure to make a payment will terminate the lease agreement and licenses will be immediately suspended.

8. Credit Card Information used for initial order by WorldPay will be charged by WorldPay unless other arrangements are made in writing, in advance.
