Manage Users

HostingAccelerator unique multi-level user architecture lets you delegate administration tasks with 4 levels of users i.e. [Super Admin, Server Admin, Reseller, End Users].  At this level you can log  into any reseller account, their customer's account and finally their individual domains. You can also set usage permissions & define quotas, suspend / block user etc.
 

Manage Plans

Server administrators can create hosting plans for resellers that will allow then to add new customers immediately. Resellers are not confined to the hosting company plans, they  can  create their individual customized hosting plans.  You can also create new Hosting Plans - define resource quotas, permissions, plan duration, pricing and availability etc. edit plan properties, copy & manage hosting plans.
 

As an administrator you can add / edit / manage domain settings, directory settings, index server, install FrontPage extensions , Enable Perl, PHP & .NET settings etc.

You can create new domain's / site's using this intuitive step-by-step Site Creation Wizard. Using this wizard you can create IIS Sites, FTP Sites, DNS Records, Mail Accounts at one go. Wizards are designed specifically for novices / non-technical users and same time offering flexibility to advanced users also.
 

Mail Wizard

You can create mail domains, mail accounts, set quota's, Create aliases and mailing lists using this step-by-step Mail Wizard. You can create up to 15 users using the mail wizard at one go.
 

IP manager provides for easier management of IP addresses, will allow an administrator to manage IP's even before they are assigned server / resellers.  You can add / delete IP's on server, assign IP's to users, resellers and even end-users etc.
 

Manage Services

Using the manage services option you can manage all your windows systems services i.e. Start / Stop Services from the web-based interface itself. You do not have to logon to the server to troubleshoot problematic services.
 

Manage Application Pools

You can manage IIS application pools using this option, you can assign specific application pools, create new application pools, edit settings for existing application  pools for each reseller and related web-sites.
 

Manage Network

You can define global settings for interface settings, themes,  custom logo, language settings, alerts settings, PowerApps Settings and Reseller Global Settings etc. using the Global Preferences option.
 

Message Center

Send / Receive messages to resellers / end-users  via the Message Center. Message Center shows you all announcements, alerts, warnings & notices.
 

Event Manager

Event Manager shows you all HostingAccelerator System Event i.e. Warnings / Alerts and information message.  Event viewer help the server administrator to troubleshoot application and server related problems.
