HostingAccelerator Ver 2.4 for Windows Hotfix #1.1

"Hotfix 1.1"  is a hot-fix for HostingAccelerator Ver 2.4 which contain a self-extracting installer called "HotFix2_4.zip".  This is an IMPORTANT hotfix for security vulnerability found in HostingAccelerator Folder Manager. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT SECURITY HOTFIX ALL CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO PATCH THEIR INSTALLATION IMMEDIATELY.  The hotfix can be downloaded by clicking the following button

The fixes in this update are included in the current downloadable installer for HostingAccelerator Ver 2.4. Available at http://www.hostingaccelerator.com/downloads

Installation Requirements Hotfix 1.1 requires HostingAccelerator Ver 2.4 for Windows software to be installed on your server. NOTE : Do not install the same on older version. For older version run the upgrade installer.

Perquisites

Take complete backup of HostingAccelerator database before applying hotfix. Install the HotFix using administrator privileges on your server on which you wish to install the current hotfix. Ensure that IIS is restarted using the iisreset.exe  on the command line before you apply the hotfix. Known Issues & Limitation

Certain hotfixes updates the HostingAccelerator database also and restoring old database from backup will result in problems / conflicts. No uninstaller is provided for uninstalling the current hotfix.
